NO-SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in the forfieture of the deposit. No Exceptions. No refunds. This policy is strictly enforced to protect our time and availability. Repeated No-shows may result in refusal or future bookings.
